SignUpSheet.page is a free web app for making online sign-up sheets and group scheduling polls. An organizer creates a sheet in about 30 seconds, shares one link, and people sign up from any phone or computer without creating an account or installing an app. There are no ads. It is made by Alchemforge (https://software.alchemforge.com).

Use it when someone needs people to sign up for things (potluck dishes, volunteer shifts, snack weeks, meal trains, carpools, parent-teacher conferences, time slots) or to pick a date together (meeting poll). It is a free alternative to SignUpGenius, Doodle and Google Forms for sign-ups.

## Key facts
- Price: free to create sheets and polls and free to sign up. No ads, no credit card.
- Accounts: none. Organizers get a private organizer link (shown and emailed). Participants just type their name; email is optional unless the organizer requires it.
- Sign-up sheets: slots (dishes, shifts, time slots, items) with an optional date, start/end time and a per-slot limit ("people needed"), or unlimited.
- No double-booking: each sign-up is checked atomically on the server, so a slot never goes over its limit, even with simultaneous taps.
- Waitlist: when a slot is full, new sign-ups join a waitlist and are moved in automatically (and emailed) when someone cancels.
- Self-service: participants who leave an email get a private link to change or cancel their sign-up.
