What do we need to start?
A list of names and work emails. Add birthdays (month and day only) and start dates for the dates you want to celebrate. Paste it or upload a spreadsheet.
Who gets invited to sign?
You choose: everyone on the list, one team address (for example a team mailing list, or a Slack or Teams channel email), or just the admins who then share the link.
Can people opt out?
Yes. Every invite has a link where people can stop the emails or ask not to have their own dates celebrated.
Do you store birth years?
No. We only keep the month and day of a birthday.
Can we also do farewells and baby cards?
Yes. Start a card for any occasion in one click from your dashboard; we invite the team and deliver it on the date you pick.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You are not charged during the trial and can cancel anytime before it ends.
