Terms of Service

By using SignUpSheet.page you agree to these terms. Please read them — especially sections 6 to 8, which limit our liability.

1. Who we are

SignUpSheet.page (the “Service”) is operated by Alchemforge Inc, Spring Valley, NY 10977, United States. Contact: info@alchemforge.com.

2. The Service

The Service lets people create online sign-up sheets and polls (“sheets”) and lets others sign up or vote using a link. We may change, add or remove features at any time.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service. If you use it for an organization, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the sheets you create, the information you collect with them, and how you use that information — including getting any consent required by law (for example from parents for school activities).
• Keep your private organizer and edit links safe. Anyone who has them can manage the sheet or sign-up. We are not responsible for what others do with a link you shared.
• Check your sheet and keep your own copy of anything important (you can export a CSV at any time).

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to: send spam; deceive or defraud people (phishing, scams, impersonation); harass or threaten anyone; collect passwords, payment card, bank, government ID, health or other sensitive information; post illegal, hateful or sexually explicit content; or attack, overload or scrape the Service. We may remove or hide any sheet and block any use that we believe breaks these rules or puts users at risk, without notice.

6. No warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that sign-ups, limits or waitlists will always work as expected, that emails or reminders will be delivered or arrive on time, or that data will never be lost. Do not rely on the Service as the only record of anything important, and do not use it for emergencies, medical, safety-critical or legally required scheduling.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALCHEMFORGE INC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL OR OPPORTUNITY, OR FOR MISSED, DOUBLE-BOOKED OR CANCELLED EVENTS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) US $50. Some places do not allow certain limits, so some of these may not apply to you.

8. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Alchemforge Inc against claims, damages and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your sheets, the information you collect, or your breach of these terms or the law.

9. Content

You keep ownership of what you put on the Service. You give us permission to store, display and send it only as needed to run the Service. Sheets are created by users; we do not review them and are not responsible for their content. Report abuse with the “Report this sheet” button or by email.

10. Pro subscriptions

If offered, Pro is a paid subscription billed in advance through Stripe and renews automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; Pro then stays active until the end of the paid period. If you are not happy, email info@alchemforge.com within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund; otherwise payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal. The free plan may change or be discontinued at any time.

11. Ending use

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your sheets. We may suspend or end access to the Service, or discontinue it, at any time. Sections 6–9 and 12 continue to apply after that.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally. Any dispute that is not resolved will be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Rockland County, New York (or in small-claims court where eligible), and you and we consent to that jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class action.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version and its date are always on this page; continuing to use the Service means you accept the update.
