How we chose
We looked for free tools where (1) people answer from a link without an account and (2) answering works on a phone. Facts come from each tool’s own pages, checked October 25, 2026, unless a footnote says otherwise. We make SignUpSheet.page, so it is listed first and labeled.
At a glance
| Tool | How people answer | Free limits | Account to answer | Extras |

The options
1. SignUpSheet.pageOurs
Best for: a few candidate times, answered from phones.
List up to 200 dates or times. People type a name and tap yes, maybe or no for each; the best option is highlighted. When you finalize, everyone who left an email gets the time with Google Calendar and .ics buttons. No accounts, no ads, 15 languages.
Watch out for: it is not a grid. If you don’t have candidate times yet and want people to mark any free hour in a week, When2meet fits better.
2. Rallly
Best for: Doodle-style option polls from an open-source project.
Free for up to 3 open polls at a time, with unlimited participants and “no login required”.[3] No ads, according to Rallly.[8]
Watch out for: inactive polls are deleted on the free plan once their dates are more than 30 days past.[3]
3. Calendly Meeting Polls
Best for: work meetings, if you already use Calendly.
Up to 40 time slots and 40 participants, and voters don’t need a Calendly account.[5] The free Calendly plan includes 1 calendar connection.[6]
Watch out for: you can’t add slots after publishing.[5]
4. Doodle
Best for: booking pages and calendar-connected scheduling.
A full scheduling suite with booking pages, 1:1 meetings and calendar connections.[7]
Watch out for: the free plan was reported in October 2026 to allow one group poll with 10 time slots, with ads.[7][8]
When When2meet is still the right choice
Keep When2meet when you don’t have candidate times yet and want everyone to mark every free hour across a week, especially on laptops. It is free and needs no account.[1][2] None of the tools on this page copies its grid; they ask people to vote on specific options instead.
