When2meet alternatives for group scheduling

We make SignUpSheet.page, one of the tools on this list, so we are not neutral. We have tried to be fair: every fact about another product links to a source we checked on October 25, 2026, every tool gets a “watch out for”, ours included, and we write “couldn’t verify” instead of guessing.

The short version
  • When2meet is free and needs no account: everyone marks their free times on a grid and you see the overlap.[1][2]
  • The usual complaints, as listed by WhenAvailable (a competing scheduler): it “doesn’t work well on mobile phones”, its interface is dated, and it has no reminders, confirmations or calendar connection.[2]
  • If you need to find any free hour across a week, When2meet’s grid is hard to beat. If you already have a few candidate times, an option poll (Rallly, SignUpSheet.page) is usually quicker on a phone, because people tap yes, maybe or no instead of dragging across a grid.

How we chose

We looked for free tools where (1) people answer from a link without an account and (2) answering works on a phone. Facts come from each tool’s own pages, checked October 25, 2026, unless a footnote says otherwise. We make SignUpSheet.page, so it is listed first and labeled.

The options

1. SignUpSheet.pageOurs

Best for: a few candidate times, answered from phones.

List up to 200 dates or times. People type a name and tap yes, maybe or no for each; the best option is highlighted. When you finalize, everyone who left an email gets the time with Google Calendar and .ics buttons. No accounts, no ads, 15 languages.

Watch out for: it is not a grid. If you don’t have candidate times yet and want people to mark any free hour in a week, When2meet fits better.
