How does the name draw work?
Everyone joins from your link, or you add them with their email. When you press “Draw names”, everyone is paired at random: each person gives one gift and gets one, and nobody draws their own name.
Can the organizer see who has whom?
No. Matches are encrypted and each person only sees their own, on a private page. The organizer sees who joined and who opened their match, so they can take part too.
Can couples avoid drawing each other?
Yes. Add pairs who shouldn’t draw each other, like partners or people from the same household. You can also turn on “no swaps”, so two people never give gifts to each other.
What if someone drops out or joins late?
Take them out, or they leave from their private page: only the person who had them gets a new match, by email. Late joiners are added the same way, without a new draw for everyone.
Does anyone need an account or an app?
No. People join with their name and email address (that is how they get their match). No password, no app, no ads.
Is it really free?
Yes. No ads, no affiliate or shopping links, nothing to buy. We never sell gifts or your data.
