Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
Short version: we only keep what you type in, we use it only to run the service, we never sell it, and there are no ads or trackers.
1. Who we are
SignUpSheet.page (the “Service”) is operated by Alchemforge Inc, Spring Valley, NY 10977, United States (“we”, “us”). Questions or requests: info@alchemforge.com.
2. What we collect
- Organizers: your name, email address, and everything you put on a sheet (title, details, slots, dates, settings).
- People who sign up or vote: the name you type, and optionally your email address and a short note.
- Group cards: the name of the person the card is for, their email address if the organizer adds it (only to deliver the card), and each message with the signer's name and chosen color.
- Chip-in: the name, optional email and pledged amount of each person who chips in, whether they marked it paid, and the payment usernames or payment text the organizer chooses to show (for example PayPal.Me, Venmo, Cash App, Revolut, Zelle or another app). We never receive, hold or send money and never see bank or card details.
- “Describe your event” builder: the description you type is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to draft your sheet. It is not used to train models and is not stored by us after the draft is made.
- Pro customers: your email, subscription status and a Stripe customer ID. Card details are entered on Stripe's page; we never see or store them.
- Language: the language you choose (or that your browser asks for), so pages and emails reach you in that language. If you pick a language from our language menu, we remember it in a small “lang” cookie for one year.
- Technical data: IP address and basic request data, used to prevent spam and abuse (rate limits) and kept in short-lived server logs by our hosting provider. We may use your approximate country (from our hosting provider) to suggest a currency.
3. How we use it
Only to run the Service: showing sheets, saving sign-ups, sending the emails you ask for (organizer links, confirmations, waitlist updates, one reminder before a dated slot, notifications to the organizer, poll results), preventing abuse, handling payments, and answering support requests. We send no marketing emails and show no ads.
4. Who can see your information
- Anyone with a sheet's link can see the sheet and, unless the organizer turns it off, the names and notes of people who signed up, the names of people who chipped in, and card messages.
- A delivered group card can be read by anyone who has its private card link.
- Email addresses are only shown to the organizer of that sheet (and in their CSV export). They are never shown to other visitors.
- Sheets are hidden from search engines, but they are not password-protected: anyone who has the link can open them. Don't put sensitive information on a sheet.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal information and do not share it for advertising. We use these service providers to run the Service: Cloudflare (hosting, database, email delivery, AI drafting) and Stripe (payments, Pro only). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the Service and its users from fraud or abuse.
6. Cookies and local storage
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie we set is “lang”, which remembers the language you picked. Your browser may remember your name and email in its own local storage so you don't have to type them again; this stays on your device.
To see how many people visit and which pages are useful, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is cookieless: it counts page views without cookies, without fingerprinting and without following you across other websites. We also keep simple daily totals of our own (how many times each public page was viewed, which website a visit came from, and how many emails were sent), with no names, emails, IP addresses or cookies attached.
7. How long we keep it
Sheets and sign-ups are kept until the organizer deletes the sheet. People can cancel their own sign-up with their private edit link. We may delete sheets that have been inactive for a long time. Spam-prevention data is deleted automatically after a short period.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing info@alchemforge.com. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or California law), you may have additional rights; we will honor valid requests. Organizers can delete a sheet and all its data at any time from their organizer page.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Organizers of school or youth activities should collect sign-ups from parents or guardians, not from children. If you believe a child gave us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), secret links, and reputable infrastructure providers. No online service is 100% secure, so keep your organizer link private and avoid putting sensitive information on sheets.
11. International users
The Service is operated from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version and its date are always on this page.
