Group card sites compared: Kudoboard and GroupGreeting alternatives

We make SignUpSheet.page, one of the tools on this list, so we are not neutral. We have tried to be fair: every fact about another product links to a source we checked on October 25, 2026, every tool gets a “watch out for”, ours included, and we write “couldn’t verify” instead of guessing.

The short version
  • Most group card sites charge per card: about $6 to $10 for a typical card at Kudoboard, GroupGreeting and Thankbox.[1][2][3]
  • For that you get photos and GIFs (all three), video on Kudoboard and Thankbox Premium cards, and gift cards or a pooled gift collection.[1][2][3]
  • SignUpSheet.page (ours) makes text-only group cards for free, with an optional chip-in, in 15 languages.

How we chose

We compared sites where one person starts a card, shares a link and everyone adds a message online. We checked each site’s own pricing page on October 25, 2026. We make SignUpSheet.page, so it is listed first and labeled.

4. Thankbox

When Kudoboard is still the right choice

Kudoboard or GroupGreeting are worth paying for when photos, GIFs and video are the point of the card, or when you want a gift card store built in.[1][2] For a team of up to 50 people that sends many cards, Kudoboard Business at $299 a year with unlimited use can cost less than buying boards one at a time.[1]
