SignUpSheet.page vs Doodle

We make SignUpSheet.page, so we are not neutral. We have tried to be fair: every fact about Doodle links to a source we checked on October 25, 2026, we say where Doodle is the better choice, and we write “couldn’t verify” instead of guessing.

The short version
  • Doodle is a full scheduling suite: group polls, booking pages, 1:1 meetings and sign-up sheets, with calendar connections and team plans.[1]
  • Its free plan has become tight: October 2026 write-ups report one group poll with up to 10 time slots, with ads shown to you and to the people you invite.[1][2]
  • SignUpSheet.page does one kind of poll, “which dates work?”, with yes, maybe or no answers: free, with no ads and no accounts. It doesn’t connect to your calendar and has no booking pages.

Choose Doodle if…

  • you want booking pages, 1:1 scheduling and calendar connections in the same tool[1]
  • you schedule meetings all week for work and a paid seat is worth it
  • you need integrations such as Microsoft Teams, Webex or Zapier (paid)[1]
  • you need hidden participant lists, automatic reminders or deadlines (paid)[1]

Choose SignUpSheet.page if…

  • you run more than one poll at a time and want them free
  • you don’t want ads in front of the people you invite
  • you want many date options, up to 200 per poll
  • you also need a sign-up sheet, group card or chip-in for the same group

Side by side

Doodle’s pricing page did not load for us, so the Doodle plan details below come from two recent write-ups by competing scheduling tools (Koalendar and Rallly). They agree with each other, but check Doodle’s site before you decide.

Where Doodle is better

  • Real scheduling tools. Booking pages, 1:1 meetings and calendar connections help if you schedule for work every day.[1] Our polls are a simple list of options.
  • Integrations and team features on paid plans, including Microsoft Teams, Webex and Zapier.[1]
  • Privacy options. Paid plans can hide participants from each other.[1] On SignUpSheet.page polls, everyone sees names and answers.
  • A familiar name. Many people have answered a Doodle poll before and know what to do.

Where SignUpSheet.page is different

  • Free without the caps. Run as many polls as you need, each with up to 200 options.
  • No ads for you or the people you invite.
  • No accounts. People open the link, type a name and tap yes, maybe or no.
  • Finalize and notify. Pick the winning option and everyone who left an email gets it, with Google Calendar and .ics buttons.
  • More than polls. The same site runs sign-up sheets, group cards and chip-ins, so the next step (who brings what) uses the same kind of link.

What Doodle users say

Doodle averages 4.6 out of 5 from 1,838 reviews on Capterra New Zealand (latest review June 28, 2026). Reviewers who complain mention that “there are many ads on the screen” and that many features are paid.[4]

Running your next poll on SignUpSheet.page

  4. Watch the best option rise to the top, then finalize it. Everyone who left an email gets the date with calendar buttons.
